Kalamaki (Sklithri, Kanapitsa, Tzaneria)

Kalamaki (Sklithri, Kanapitsa, Tzaneria)

On the east of cape Kalamaki (the southernmost part of
Skiathos), there are three bays: Sklithri, Kanapitsa and
Tzaneria. The cape can be reached by car but there are
many choices in hiking as well. It’s verdant and has many
paths, making hiking extremely pleasant, particularly during
the evenings or at sunset when it offers unique views. It’s
a very busy area with many hotels and accommodation
establishments. The first beach, Sklithri, is a small, cosy cove
with crystal clear waters you’ll enjoy swimming in. You can
also grab a bite at the charming little taverna that’s on the
end of a brisk creek teeming with plane trees.
